  • Cold-calling and ability to generate initial sales leads
  • Networking with Property Managers, HOA’s, real estate agents, and insurance agents.
  • Inspecting properties (notating the condition of roofing systems and other damages on the properties).
  • Completely and thoroughly fill out all necessary paperwork


  • Good organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and customers
  • Ability to multi-task with changing priorities
  • Clean driving record
  • Well-organized and self-motivated individual
  • Outgoing and confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable on a roof
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Access to reliable transportation for independent use during work hours
  • Access to a reliable cell phone (we provide a company number)
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
  • Desire to work in a results-oriented environment
  • Being able to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients and Production Team
  • Have the foresight to see and speak up when something doesn’t look or sound correct and needs fixing
