"Brandon Esser is a great representative of this company. At our first meeting, he explained how the process would work after reviewing the roof and going forward in getting the roof done. Brandon was very thorough with everything (checking out roof, speaking with the insurance company, the public negotiator, everything). We highly recommend Brandon and Restoration Roofing to take care of all your needs."

Roofing tiles are composed of either concrete or clay and come in a wide variety of colors, styles and shapes. Both concrete and clay are aesthetically pleasing and are long life products requiring little or no maintenance. Tiles are not waterproof, but rather shed. This allows some water, especially in blowing rains, to penetrate the laps in the tiles. The underlayment is the real waterproofing component. Otherwise, water could leak into the building causing damage, or worse, unseen mold growth. Over time, an organic underlayment eventually wears out and must be replaced. At Restoration Roofing we use only high quality synthetic underlayments that significantly extend the life of the roof.
