Jonathan graduated from Dallas Baptist University, receiving a B.A.S. in Political Science. He is also a graduate of Christ for the Nations Institute In Dallas with an Associates in Theology. He has been a professional musician for close to 20 years and continues to play with Gateway Worship in Southlake, TX.
He comes from a long line of contractors - specifically roofing contractors. Being a fifth generation contractor, he brings not just experience (which most “owners” of roofing companies in the DFW area lack), but also a true dedication to quality. This type of dedication is required for a family to remain in the same business for over 80 years in a small south Louisiana town where word of mouth is everything.
Jared Morgan grew up learning from his father how to work with tools. Together, they were always fixing cars and working on the family home. In his twenties, he gained experience in the business world of construction learning to estimate and manage projects. In 2003 he met Jonathan Gaspard, who also had been raised in the world of construction, and they soon formed their own company - Gaspard Morgan Construction.
Jared earned his bachelors degree from the University of North Texas studying business and film. He is also very involved in his local church leading worship and plays an active role in building community through sports, music, and organizing community events.
Brad graduated from the University of Texas Austin with a BA in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting in 2004. The summer after graduation, he passed all four parts of the Texas CPA exam in his first attempt and became a licensed CPA, a license he still maintains to this day. Brad married his wife Amy in 2013, and together they have two Labrador retrievers named Vegas and Grayton who are the loves of their lives. Aside from working, Brad is very much a homebody and enjoys spending time with Amy and their dogs.
Brad's incredible work ethic, strong business skills, and tenacious spirit make him a great addition to the Restoration Roofing team. Always the positive optimist, Brad will always find a way to make something succeed. The word "no" is not in his vocabulary, and he routinely challenges the status quo with bold and creative ideas. He then works tirelessly to implement those very ideas.

Mohamed has been in construction for over 3 years. He started his first job as a crew leader in Puerto Rico and that is when he fell in love with the business. Since then he has gone on to work for a few different roofing companies and has tried to immerse himself in roofing as well as every other trade he encounters while on the job site. "The job gets stressful at times but that’s what helps you learn and grow as a person as you take on more responsibilities. I see myself in a few years being very experienced at what I do and making this a lifelong career.”
When he's not working he loves to spend time with his family, either watching sports, working out, or enjoying outdoor activities. Mohamed supervises all aspects of daily project operations including, scheduling, coordination, delivery of scheduled materials, on-site safety & overseeing the quality of work.
